Every Saturday, we showcase a topic important to you by rounding up the greatest highlights and clips from Level 10 Contractor's ENTIRE podcast run. This week, we take you step by step through what Facebook is, what it does, and different ways you can use it. Rich calls it the Swiss Army Knife of social media. Let's make sure you use every tool it offers.
You're going to be a fly on the wall as Rich has a conversation with Level 10 Contractor Senior Copywriter, Dave Moffitt. Dave is helping one of his clients create copy for a website, and the client LIKES what Dave has written, but wants to find a headline that better captures their overall identity. Rich, of course, takes a deep dive--wanting to know not just WHAT they do… but WHY and HOW they do it. This exercise turns into a sort of karate or taekwondo lesson as Rich comes up with a bunch of short but powerful headlines that land on the reader's figurative jaw like short, sharp, forceful punches.
Another Monday means it's time for another installment of our "5 Ways To Monday" series… Today's topic: Social Proof. What we're talking about here is showing people that OTHER people who have used you actually LIKE you… here's how to get it done.
Today's podcast is all about CREDIBILITY… it's a TBT, so I've dipped into the extensive archives and found a webinar on this topic that Rich did in 2015… and it's extremely good. Topics covered include "the ignition code," drawing a line in the sand, using powerful language, social proof, and evidence. I mean it all comes down to being the best… believing you're the best… and communicating that you're the best in a powerful, believable way.  As for killing credibility… it has to do with the way you treat people. As usual, Rich is going to share about 1,000 examples to make everything super clear.
Today's podcast is a fun little story about Daniel, the world's friendliest McDonald's employee. Rich accidentally found this guy while grabbing a burger one day… and was so impressed, he decided to enshrine the guy by putting his story on the podcast. This one is short, but man is it good.
