Mike fills in for Steven while he's away; TX redistricting their state legislative districts to push out Dems? Dick explains that in Democrat states, Republicans are short-changed the most by districting controlled by Dems, such as Connecticut, where Republicans get 42% of the vote but zero of the 5 seats in the Congress from the state. 46% of Massachusetts is Republican, yet all 9 of their congressional seats are held by Democrats due to the district maps. Same with NM, NH, and plenty other Democrat states. Other census issues; no remedy in court once an election is over; Trump is cleaning up DC and destroying the Democrat Party; does Putin want to reassemble the USSR? Is Trump preparing to attack Venezuela with the Navy vessels in that area? What about attacking Iran or Mexico/cartels?

In Brady v. Maryland (1963), the 7-2 SCOTUS held that the prosecution's suppression of the accomplice's murder confession was material to the defendant's trial and violated his due process. The Court affirmed the ruling by the Maryland Court of Appeals, holding that Brady deserved a new trial, but only to determine whether he would get the death penalty of life in prison; the 1st degree murder conviction was set in stone.
