This week, I’m joined by Keeley Hazell – model, actress, and writer – whose early fame as one of the UK’s most recognisable glamour models was just the beginning of her story. We talk openly about the violence she has experienced, her exposure to drugs at a young age, and the ways the patriarchy has shaped her career and life. Keeley shares what it was
like to survive abusive partners, the emotional fallout, and the long process of rebuilding her sense of self. We also reflect on wild nights out with footballers – and the darker realities they sometimes hid. Here, Keeley speaks candidly about her decision to move to Los Angeles, challenging herself to reinvent as an actress and pursue a new creative path on her own terms. What emerges is a portrait of Keeley that is raw, reflective, funny, and completely unfiltered – a story about resilience, survival, and reclaiming identity.

We talk about how community can create spaces for openness, the impact of stigma on mental health, and why sitting around a real campfire leads to the kind of honest conversations we all need. Gareth also opens up about the profound shift from wanting to disappear to embracing life fully - and how he’s using his experience to empower others. If you’re interested in stories of strength, vulnerability, and the quest for belonging, this episode will move and inspire you.

What happens when fame, addiction, and the longing for acceptance collide? In this deeply personal episode, Bryony sits down with Anthony Kavana – nineties hitmaker and now author of "Pop Scars” – for an unfiltered conversation about the highs and lows of pop stardom, coming out, and the painful realities of addiction.
Kavana shares how chasing validation in the spotlight led to a hidden spiral of drinking, drugs, and prolonged struggle. From heartthrob posters to rehab, he details the emotional cost of living a lie, the brutal cycle of relapse, and the raw process of rebuilding self-worth outside of fame. Through
honest conversation, he shares lessons learned, the pain and growth found in hitting rock bottom, and how embracing vulnerability became his path to

Welcome to The Life of YOU. The bonus episode where we answer your questions and try to make sense of life’s messier moments.
This week, I’m joined by Jules Von Hep, author of The Confidence Ritual. A firm believer that beauty radiates from within, Jules shares the power of affirmations and why the way we speak to ourselves is key to affirming both the version of ourselves and the life we want.
Today's dilemma is all about the shame surrounding spray tanning- does this make us someone we’re not? Jules explains why it's so important to follow your own values and definitions of beauty, rather than for the eye of others.

If you have ever looked in the mirror and immediately apologised for the body staring back at you, then today’s episode is exactly what you need.
This week, Bryony is joined by the radiant Jules Von Hep: spray tanner to the stars, founder of the cult beauty brand Isle of Paradise, and author of The Confidence Ritual. With two decades spent in a world that likes to airbrush out every blemish and dimple, Jules knows a thing or two about the myths the beauty industry sells us and the reality of how every single body has its own insecurities.
They talk all about the conditioning that teaches us to hate our bodies, the tricks companies use to profit from our insecurities, and—most importantly—how to start unlearning all of it.
Brimming with charm and heartfelt honesty, Jules shares his own journey from deep self-loathing to loving life, and the practical confidence rituals that can help you glow up from the inside out.
Whether you’re a bronzing pro or a self-tan novice, this episode has a whole lot of gold for you. Jules Von Hep’s book, The Confidence Ritual, is out now. Get ready to glow up, from the inside out.

In this bonus episode, I put your juiciest dating dilemmas to podcasting legends James and Jamie - and, unsurprisingly, things get very real, very fast. We talk about being “too much” on a first date (spoiler: I might be Gemma), whether asking about bum stuff too early is a vibe killer, and the dangers of transactional dating apps.
We also dive into something deeply awkward – when your ex turns your relationship into stand-up material. Is it catharsis or just plain rude? Oh, and Jamie once dated a magician… which ends exactly how you’d expect.
It’s funny, unfiltered, and surprisingly heartfelt. Basically, it’s a conversation about being yourself – even when that self might be shouting inappropriate questions over a half pint.

I’m joined by actual podcasting royalty: James and Jamie, the genius minds behind My Dad Wrote A Porno. We talk about their wild creative journey - from discovering Jamie’s dad’s erotic novel (yes, really) to amassing over half a billion downloads and selling out the Royal Albert Hall.
Now, they’ve turned another jaw-dropping true story - a woman getting stuck in a window after a toilet mishap on a first date - into a rom-com musical. We dive deep into how they turned viral embarrassment into theatrical gold, what it’s like to collaborate creatively for 20 years, and why being “authentic” matters more than ever in this era of social media polish.
We also chat love, dealbreakers, the madness of modern dating, and why musicals (and laughter) might just be the best form of therapy. This one is pure joy.

How do you stop making yourself small in a world that keeps telling you to shrink? If you’ve ever wished for the confidence to just show up in the world as your fullest self, then you need to meet Megan Jayne Crabbe. You might know her as Body Posi Panda, the Instagram force of nature whose honest posts on body acceptance, eating disorder recovery and radical joy have helped millions find a bit of peace in their own skin.
On the journey to self acceptance, Megan has been to some very dark places; including hospitalisation at 14 for an eating disorder before finding her way back—and she’s painfully honest about just how tough that journey remains. We’re talking the insidious grip of diet culture, untangling ourselves from the “pretty tax,” sex, wanking, dating and what it really means to stop apologising for who you are. Expect candour, wisdom, a few laughs and the realisation that being “your biggest self” is not about fixing yourself, but questioning what (and who) made you play small in the first place.
Megan’s new book, We Don’t Make Ourselves Smaller Here, is out now.
