Thanks for all of your time and effort to make a difference in this country. Have found you via this video clip https://lincolnproject.us/video/distracted/ long time ago it seams. https://lincolnproject.us/news/distracted/ Keep up the good work. (^^,) The history of the Electoral College. As a country, we've been arguing about it for nearly 200 years. Simplest argument against: 270 votes should not speak for the entire country. 1 person = 1 vote, remember? And 5 times in our country's history have the peoples voice not been heard. When can the will of the people be accepted.?. When can we move forward and grow, with old laws that brakes the progress.?. The Electoral College is an arcane out-dated system that allows the will of the people to go subverted when picking the President of the United States. This means that the true will of the people goes unheard. This system is also the reason that a Third Party candidate will never have a legitimate chance to win the seat of the Presidency. https://sign.moveon.org/petitions/abolish-the-electoral-6

As an independent voter, I just want to thank you all for giving me a place to listen to true conservative views on events going on in politics. As well as a lot facts that seem to be obscure on other platforms. I have been wondering if there will be another Sanders split in the vote this year? I see that some Democrats saying that they are voting 3rd party or simply not voting in protest. I don't know if anyone has looked into if those lost votes cost them the 2016 election. I hope it's just a small group and dosnt have much effect. Keep up the fantastic work!

I think they have good points, and Trump is a moron. But it’s also funny how they had their noses so far up their republican asses in saying that Trump has destroyed the Republican Party, when in truth the republican way of though is out dated. It’s not trumps fault that the Republican Party has old white voters - they’ve done this to themselves by being “conservative” (which truly means “non-progressive”). Blind.

Thank you! Very helpful to understand how to read the board and understand what reports will mean on election night. I know we've heard about Electoral College but it's always helpful to hear about the process again and how it only affects the President election and not for the other positions.

This was a really comforting breakdown of where we are and how we're getting there. Mike's explanation of flattening the curve was amazingly helpful. Definitely a podcast I'll listen to again! I highly recommend others do as well.

As a Democrat it is reassuring that there are Republicans or former Republicans who are first and foremost Americans. Thanks to The Lincoln Project for being loyal to the Constitution.

I hope the Lincoln Project and other disavowed Republicans know that even a biden win does not solve the trump problem and may even exacerbate it. My fear is complacency through a biden presidency will give rise to a Jr/Ivanka/Jared nomination in 2024. I think they will be far worse.
