They both are STRONGSIDE Woodstock members that just completed their first Half Iron Man: hand-in-hand, step-by-step, they crossed the finish line together. Not only did they talk about the fears and struggles (like not being able to swim...) that they went through during their training, but they also talk about how their community is what helped push them to succeed and conquer this challenge. From advice about the details on race day, to babysitting fill-ins for their kiddos - their community was there to support them. Amanda and David also dive into how important it was for them to show their kids that they DO struggle, they CAN face fears/challenges, and they WILL work hard towards whatever they put their minds to.

After recently graduated from the Institute from Integrative Nutrition, Sam's life has completely changed with a new sense of inspiration around not just "nutritious food," but also a nutritious LIFE! Sam brings light to what we are exposed to on a daily basis, how it effects us on shocking levels, and and how she likes to try and guide her own children towards better choices.
