Nike running shoes? Check. AirPods? Check. Weighted vest? Check. Alright...let's f*cking GO! Yes, that's right...today we made podcast history as the first episode recorded *while* doing the SECOND of TWO workouts, after an already long & busy day of running a 9-figure business. Was I tired? F*ck yeah, I was tired. But that doesn't mean I can't execute...& what you need to understand is that if want to enjoy your best possible life, you have to learn to push yourself hard, even after you're exhausted.
What can you learn about business from two guys from Tupelo, Mississippi? A lot. Josh West & Nick Weaver are two of the most incredible entrepreneurs I’ve met in a long time! They were best friends as kids & are now the founders of Blue Delta Jeans, a company that makes the best blue jeans I've ever worn in my life! We talked about their story, their struggle, & the lessons every entrepreneur can apply. You're not just going to learn a lot in this episode. You're going to laugh, too. A lot.
If you could take a time machine back to your biggest win in life…would you? If you’re thinking “Of course! I'd love to rocket back to Yesteryear to relive the Glory Days," then your chances of being a real success in life are probable zero. ZERO. Truly successful people have a completely different mindset. They are guided by a major rule in life: The 24-Hour Rule of Bragging. This rule protects you from mediocrity and helps you move on from massive mistakes.
Just "winning" isn't enough. "Winning" doesn't earn you glory or the right to brag. You have to DOMINATE. That's the mentality you have to have to truly be successful on an elite level...& this isn't an ego thing, either. It's not about just trying to prove you are way better than somebody else. It's not about feeling good because you decimated your competition. It actually has to do with YOU...your potential..& whether or not you die feeling proud of how you lived.
What if you could retrain your thought process to actually go the extra mile to the point where even if you were sleeping, your dreams would be driven by a sub-conscious commitment to excellence? I’ve actually experienced that & you can too. While everybody else is conditioning their minds to do the least that is still acceptable...YOU can condition your mind to do the most to WIN. You can actually become the person you want everybody to believe you really are.
How can you develop the kind of mindset that goes all in, all the time? I’m talking about the mentality that can keep the pedal on the gas…to get optimal results…regardless of whether things are going great for you, or you’re slogging your way through tough times. My guest Jason Khalipa is a Crossfit icon & a hugely successful entrepreneur. He’s won competitions at the highest levels, made millions of dollars, & led his family through his little daughter’s brutal encounter with leukemia. Through ups & downs, he knows what it takes to consistently crush it in business & life.
Do you feel alone? I’ve met thousands of people online & in-person who tell me they feel isolated & detached from average society because they personally have extremely high standards, a killer competitive attitude, & an extreme commitment to making the most of their lives...& it feels like nobody else does. The good news is there are others who are truly committed to excellence in everything they do. If you want to connect with them & be part of an incredible movement & family...take a listen to this podcast.
When it comes to marketing & sales, most entrepreneurs consider social media the “sexy” choice. But the people who are really killing it in business…I’m talking about swimming in revenue…understand the incredible importance of email. My guest Joel Marion has built a 9-figure business because he mastered the art & rules of email marketing. If you think email is a dead channel, you don’t understand the power & potential it holds for people who take it seriously.
Every now and then, average people do win. But they don't keep winning...they don't make a lifestyle out of winning...because they make a huge mistake. In their moments of victory, they do something that causes them to lose focus & actually ends up being counter-productive to their long-term success. True winners don't do this. That's why all they do is win. What is it? Take a listen & find out.
As a guy who started with $0 in the bank 20+ years ago & now personally earns well into 8 figures a year, I've been around the broke & the ballers, losers & winners...& I can tell you this: those who never experience all the valuable things in life...the stuff money can buy & the stuff it can't...definitely suffer from an either/or mentality. They believe in a false choice & they even believe something false about God. So they waste their lives. Don't want that to happen to you? Listen to this podcast.

i do agree that selling people information about shit they never did is immoral. you mean like Derrick Struggle? what a joke! He started making tons of money duplicating someone else's Amazon course and selling it as his own to thousands of people, but never actually owning an Amazon business. He's fooled everyone, Andy, and even himself, that it was ok to target and take money from desperate people. Selling them a fake dream, that selling on Amazon is easy, when it's anything but. He might be doing good things now but he's used dirty money to invest with. does that justify the good? I don't know but that sh*t pisses me off. fooling people with that positive energy facade. I see right through it. one day that sh*t will catch up to him and kill his brand. the question is how soon. if you don't believe it, then why am I here? call me a hater but preying on people doesn't fly with me. thanks

What exactly is the point of this? If you speak with a limited vocabulary, but with a lot of confidence and excitement and get super pumped, then bro, you can like be a CEO one day?

jack mchogoff No sir, although that’s an interesting assumption. I’m not sure if you’ve listened to more than just this episode but Andy is a no bs kind of guy who isn’t a believer in the participation award era we live in. Is he motivating? Yes, but that’s a byproduct of his no excuses attitude. Give a different episode a listen, you’ll probably find it to be right up your alley

I just discovered this podcast today. Good content, but all the cursing doesn't strengthen the message; it actually weakens it
