Ahsoka Tano.  Padawan to Anakin Skywalker. Jedi defector. Hero. Warrior. Friend. Her story is one that we have gotten to witness from the beginning, through Clone Wars, Rebels, Tales of the Jedi, and now her live action debut on the Mandalorian and Book of Boba Fett, and finally jumping into her own live action series. We don't know where this journey will take her, but we know we're along for the ride. It's time to fly! Training has restarted for Sabine, and she's struggling to connect to the force within her....but does she really have it? Purrgils can hyperspace jump to other galaxies! And the ancients discovered how to harness that ability to build their hyperspace drives. The calm before the storm.....is usually how it goes....but not in this pre-finale episode! Baylan and Shin catch up to Ezra and Sabine, and it's guns and sabers blazing! Although Baylan decides it's time to let Shin go her own way, and is about to leave when Ahsoka comes tumbling in from the sky for the inevitable rematch, but once again, he proves he's more powerful, and only HuYang arriving just in time allows Ahsoka to make her getaway. Ezra shows us he's still got Force game and refuses to use a lightsaber, going all Monk style on the troopers. But he and Sabine quickly get outnumbered until Ahsoka runs into the rescue! Meanwhile, Thrawn sees this as an opportunity to get ahead, with the time gained from this skirmish, and starts gathering his troops to prepare to leave Peridea! What will happen in the finale? Happy New Year MandaLore fans! We're kicking off 2024 with a look back at all that we got in 2023 plus all that we've coverd on this show so far, and we put it all into perspective by making our top 3 lists for every show, and then top 3 overall in multiple categories! We are BACK! The Bad Batch is kicking off 2024 with their third and final season that starts Feb.21, and they released an epic, tension filled trailer! So as we always do, we'll break it all down and give you our speculation, our thoughts, and what we hope to see as only The MandaLore Podcast can do! The Batch is back! The boys, and girl, are back in town! Man it's been a long while waiting for them to return, and we get a triple helping to start off with! Omega is at the hidden base on Tantiss, being forced to follow a strict routine of sample gathering and other duties, while Crosshair is continually being experimented on. With Nala Se's help, she looks for a way to escape, but won't leave without Crosshair. Meanwhile, Hunter and Wrecker are still trying to find intel on where they could be, and have come up empty time and again. The odd couple. Can you describe Crosshair and Omega any other way? We get a great episode following those two unlikely allies as they try to stay hidden from the Empire on a planet they were forced to crash land on. Crosshair is starting to trust Omega even though he'd never admit it! And Omega is relentless in her loyalty, to both him and their new canine companion Batcher. It's all a lead up to one of the most emotional reunions in Star Wars, as finally, Hunter and Wrecker find them and the gang is back together! The return of Crosshair to the team, and to Barton 4 where he suffered personal loss and betrayal! Finally, the team is back together, and there's some rough waters to navigate, but luckily Omega is there to soften the team up to having Crosshair back again, as she has developed a bond of trust with him. It's the first double header this season as we get two episodes to discuss! And it's all about Rex and the other clones! We see Howzer, Wolffe, and many more as we find out where they all have been and where they stand in this new situation they find themselves.  The team also discovers why the Empire is after Omega, but they don't understand what for, and this may be the new mission for Hunter and the team.
