In this episode you'll learn the best ways to share your personal growth and spiritual growth with others without coming across as preachy or arrogant. https://www.marieforleo.com/2013/05/personal-growth/ Others will follow your footsteps easier than they will your advice. - Unknown via @MarieForleo

I was an ugly ducking. I hated everything about the way I looked and my life. The thing is all that can change. I work out a lot, eat healthy, train kickboxing and jiu-jitsu and have the best girlfriends I could ever have asked for. It all began with eliminating toxic people from my life. Maybe you are surrounding yourself with ugliness and your'e feeling ugly because you are a sensitive soul. Keep asking questions. Keep believing in yourself and start building the new you. <3 Xo -Edna
