We talked about the 4 digital villains. The modern day supervillains get in our way and make life harder keeping us from our potential. They hold us back and rob us of our productivity prosperity, positivity and peace of mind.

In this chapter we talked about Jim Kwik’s story and how he struggled with reading after having two brain injuries, now he is teaching people how to learn and read anything faster. Also as a mom this stuck with me “Adults have to be very careful with their external words because these quickly become a child’s internal words.
