Defrosting the Feminine

In this raw and soul-opening episode, your host peels back the layers of emotional armor and shares a powerful realization: operating in survival mode and masculine energy was a shield — one that attracted exactly what she didn’t want. For so long, strength meant control, independence meant hyper-vigilance, and softness felt unsafe. But what happens when we finally let go? When we stop doing and start being?"Defrosting the Feminine" is about the moment she decided it was safe to melt — to lean into softness, intuition, and trust. This episode is a love letter to every woman learning that it’s not weakness to be vulnerable, and it’s not wrong to want to feel protected. It’s okay to just be… a girl.✨ Topics we cover:What it means to live in masculine vs. feminine energyHow survival mode becomes your normWhy strong women sometimes attract emotionally unavailable or “weak” menThe healing journey back to softness, surrender, and self-trustThis one's for the women defrosting after years of being "the strong one." "Who said I was nice?"

As the infamous Drew Afualo said "I never said I was nice". I think people confuse alot of things when labeling others like calling them nice or a bitch and I if I were honest I woud rather be called the latter. I have come to found out I am called a bitch when people realize I have set boundaries for my mental health and wont accept stupidity in their actions. So no stop being suprised when you find out I am not nice after all.
