Welcome to the launch of The Medium The Message's first official episode! In this episode, Talha, Simran, and Arianne introduce themselves as CMSNU's official communications team and take a deep dive into discussing about their experiences when they were in their first year of university at Simon Fraser. Throughout the podcast, our team shares thoughts and a lot of laughter, along with advice to help first-year communications students get through their first-year. 
In the final episode of our Back-to-School series, we spoke to Kayli Jamieson, an SFU BA Communication alumna who is currently pursuing a Masters in Communication at SFU. Kayli is also a teaching assistant and a research assistant in the school. We talked about the grad school application process, how to get in, and how to make the most of the program.
This week, we sat down with PhD student Nicole Stewart, who has also been a TA and an instructor, on how to ace your communication research papers! We hope this helps you out this midterm season.
In this episode, we spoke to Liesl Jurock, a coordinator for the communication co-op program, about co-operative education, how to apply and the numerous benefits that the program has for students.

CMNSU & Friends is a podcast hosted by members of the Communication Student Union here at Simon Fraser University. CMNSU is known for our annual networking event called Careers in Communication.
