thanks for this 🙌🏻 what if you are doing the right thing in the most part (eg not eating sugar or processed foods and exercising daily) but the ADHD brain stops you from being consistent like me. I'm really really struggling.

Just have to put it out there that although I agree procrastination is a choice for some, it's not the case for those with ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, and so on. Just like his research has led him to these theories, decades of research in these other conditions back up the concept of time blindness. These people have actual structural and chemical deficiencies leading to those difficulties. They don't just wake up and choose a day filled with mini failures.
