One of the most overused word in 2021 but a necessary one. We have touched on boundaries before we wanted to do a full episode so we ca share our personal experiences with boundaries and the long ghetto road to learning how to enforce them. Boundaries also have a very bad reputation as most people see them as barriers. We wanted to change that narrative into a positive one. Boundaries are for you and for others in your relationships.
