It is not magic or woo-woo; it is science and a testament to the inherent healing power of your brain. Marisa has healed herself from cancer twice, regrown bone, and healed wounds with repetitive and positive influence over her mind. Marisa empowers you to shift your language to direct, instruct, command, compel, and code your body into a wellness machine. She teaches you the foundational techniques so you can demand your body to heal on the cellular level.  Your brain acts on your beliefs. You can choose better thoughts, believe better lies and imagine better outcomes. What if I told you that you were living in an illusion?  Today we question the nature of reality with Dr. Srikumar Rao, author of Modern Wisdom, Ancient Roots; he is a groundbreaking business coach and speaker who taps into ancient concepts that are still relevant to post-industrial society. This timeless wisdom will wake you from the illusion of dissatisfaction and desire.  In this episode, Dr. Rao shares three powerful ideas that will shift your perception of reality and help unlock your capacity for joy.  Happiness does not depend on anything; Dr.Rao points out that the idea that your joy hinges on your accomplishments is the illusion of want. You are chasing a feeling that you think will set you free, but the bigger house, the better job, and more money are not what will bring you joy because you can tap into eternal bliss under any conditions. He explains the Hindu concept of Ānanda, the state of being which allows you to let go of your earthly attachments and achieve eternal bliss. Ānanda is your natural state of being because the universe is benevolent, and everything you experience is neither good nor bad, so you do not need to chase anything. Everything in your life is as it should be and is designed specifically for your growth and fulfillment. Dr. Rao demystifies the mindset necessary to unlock eternal bliss.  Join us to recognize the illusion you’re living in so that you can set yourself free from it and experience the beauty of life as it unfolds before you.   Key Takeaways: [2:00] Modern Wisdom Ancient Roots [3:30] You Are Living In An Illusion [9:20] Searching For a Sense of Fullness  [12:00] Recognizing The Dilemma  [18:35] The Happiness Illusion [27:45] You are  Ānanda [31:25] Gratitude is a Feeling  [39:00] The Benevolent Universe  [42:00] Is the Universe Friendly?   Where to Find Guest: TheRaoInstitute.com Modern Wisdom, Ancient Roots  Memorable Quotes: “You cannot solve an internal problem with external action.”  [11:00]  -Dr. Srikumar Rao “You’re introducing duality. Today on The Mindvalley Show, we are creating a framework to develop your child's passion and vision for life. Our guest is Mathew Knowles, the father of legendary Beyonce and Solange Knowles and the visionary behind Destiny's Child. He gives insight into his mindset as a parent and how you can help your children achieve their wildest dreams. No one can be great at everything, yet parents commonly pressure their children into being straight-A students, assume extracurricular activities, and expect perfection unseen in the adult world. Mathew believes perfection kills your child's creativity and prevents them from realizing their passions. He teaches you to nurture your children's natural abilities instead of molding them into your vision.  We discuss the importance of honesty. Mathew reveals that he never hid his mistakes and struggles from his children. This honest communication set Beyonce and Solange up for success in the real world. Without experiencing failure, your children can't grow, and one big mistake could be their catalyst for greatness.  Mathew imparts his key ingredients to develop your children's passion so they can dream big and never fear failure. All children have greatness inside them, and today we learn how you can become the positive influence your children need to achieve their vision. Today on The Mindvalley Show, we journey into the intriguing topic of intuition in business. Our guest is Laura Day, the worlds leading intuitive consultant who helps companies develop their intuitive abilities to improve operations, solve problems and increase profit. She has written extensively on perception and intuition, and her book “The Circle” creates a framework for anyone to develop their innate intuitive abilities.  In this episode, she defines intuition and how top CEOs tap into their intuitive abilities to make bold decisions by shifting their perception in space and time. Many people mistakenly define intuition as an emotional response, but Laura explains how intuition is a logical data-driven sense that allows you to dispassionately observe the world, people, and relationships to determine future potential.  Neurodivergent personalities often struggle to function appropriately in social settings, but Laura uncovers why people challenged by these pathologies also hold the potential to create dynamic data-driven companies that can impact all of society. She explains how the average CEO, has some form of neurodivergence that allows them to tap into a level of intuition that the average person resists.  If you are curious about intuition and want to shift your perception of data, reality, and human potential, join us for one of our most interesting conversations yet.   Key Takeaways: [3:50] What is intuition? Today on The Mindvalley Show we discuss the nature of resilience with Dr. Neeta Bhushan, author of “That Sucked! Now what?” Dr. Neeta is a cosmetic dentist turned performance coach. She is helping professionals reclaim their emotional grit and build resilience through radical self-awareness.  As a child, Dr. Neeta suffered the catastrophic loss of her mother, brother, and father. Unfortunately the issue here in America isn’t polarization. It’s also not something sudden and new. The polarization was worse generations before. It’s a deep seeded systemic issue of racism and white supremacy, colonization. The system thrives off division yes but bringing together two political parties isn’t the answer. The system was designed that way and needs to be totally rebuilt. This conversation shows how easily people can be misinformed watching from afar but I digress I do believe healing is attainable with doing the real work.
