Troy Kearns had hit rock bottom. His alcohol use was keeping him from reaching his full potential, so he decided to drop it and begin a new lifestyle. Already successful in the radio advertising field, then later as a real estate agent, he used these high income skillsets to earn as much money as possible. Now with a great income, and no alcohol to spend it on, he knew he had to invest it somewhere. Troy took advantage of the opportunity the 2008 market crash brought and purchased as many properties as possible in Las Vegas. He later saw more opportunity in Kansas City, where he resides now. Now he's running a successful coaching program, property management company, buying a sky scraper, flipping houses, and has over 350 doors. Troy also digs into his no-nonsense style when it comes to landlording and the importance of not letting emotions take over decision-making.
