And while the guilt of 63-year-old Richard Barry Randolph is not in question, the method by which he will die tonight is, according to his attorneys. One of the top trending topics today was STILL “Peggy," days after the “Did President Trump call a reporter Piggy” controversy. That’s because GROK is insisting that Trump said “Quiet, quiet Peggy” referring to Bloomberg reporter Peggy Collins, not to the actual reporter Catherine Lucey who asked Trump the Epstein question he didn’t want to answer. But it’s Trump himself, in the White House official statement, that puts the issue to bed, but why is no one taking issue with what Trump insists was an appropriate reaction to rude behavior.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

We all watch The Bachelor as if it were a professional sport, but Chad Kultgen and Lizzy Pace from the Game of Roses podcast and authors of "How To Win The Bachelor" take it to an entirely different level. As we recorded this episode, the Senate agreed to unanimous consent, sending the House passed legislation to release all of the Epstein files to President Trump’s desk for signature. Trump has already said he will sign the bill into law, as we saw Epstein victims rally on Capitol Hill today to urge lawmakers for full transparency. Amy and T.J. discuss the one lawmaker who voted against the bill - a congressman from Louisiana  - and the Harvard professor who has expressed being “ashamed” at his level of friendship with Epstein in the latest round of emails released to the public.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Prosecutors say Indiana’s Stand Your Ground Law does not apply to homeowner Curt Anderson, who fired a single shot from the top of his stairs, through his front door, killing a 32-year-old house cleaner who’s GPS sent her to the wrong home. Anderson said he feared for his life when he was awakened to the sound of someone trying to enter his home, grabbed his gun and fired. He maintains it was his right to do so under the stand your ground law, but prosecutors maintain that fear alone is not enough to justify invoking the law. This is just the latest tragedy to unfold where a gun owner kills someone who actually meant them no harm, and is reigniting the debate on whether these laws embolden people to shoot first, and ask questions later.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

It’s a headline three decades in the making. The executor of the O.J. Simpson estate has publicly acknowledged it owes $58 million dollars to the family of Ron Goldman, but the most the family might ever see would be between $500,000 and $1,000,000, and even that might be a long shot. The Goldman’s have to essentially “get in line” with other creditors, including the IRS, following the death of Simpson last year. This all stems from the civil case where Simpson was found liable for the deaths of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson, the jury awarding the families $33.5 million dollars at the time. Right now, Simpson’s estate is auctioning off Simpson’s remaining memorabilia to try and raise enough cash to pay down its debts, but turned down a very high profile offer from Kim Kardashian, who was looking to purchase a very sentimental item for her family.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Tough question: I feel that Rachel was targeted because Matt was falling for her .Then someone went digging for dirt. Found it of course because we are all human. In your interview i do not think you were wrong. Why do you think you were? You were cancelled because you defended someone. Your heart was in the right place. It was wrong. We are the human race our blood is all red.
