Happy New Year Amigas!  In this episode I give you a life update and how I am setting intentions for the New Year. With so many new transitions in my life the old way of setting goals is just not going to cut it for me so I share two questions that brought some perspective on what I want to focus on this year. I know many of us are transitioning into new roles at work, starting new businesses, scaling our already existing businesess or maybe you have personal life transitions like myself. Whatever it might be for you it is important you give yourself grace and don't rush into the new year goals. Let's take a moment to acknowledge how far you have come and then set intentions for this new year! Amigas, I wanted to share one of the latest breakthroughs I've experienced in my own life and share how stepping into uncertainty can actually help us grow and get closer to building that dream life! Recently, I attended a transformational live event and as someone that puts these type of events together with so much purpose and meaning behind them I was not surprised when one of the conversations really made me sit back and thing about where I was avoiding uncertainty in my own life. The quote went like this, "The magic you seek is inside the dark caves you are afraid to enter". I began to think where in my life am I living in autopilot? Where can I enter those dark caves and find the magic I want to live? In this episode I share this reflection and the three questions you can ask yourself to get some clarity: 1. In what areas of my life am I avoiding entering the dark caves? -Think about where you are curently living in autopilot or the areas that you know you have been avoiding to do the work. 2. How different would my life be if I did the work in these areas? -What type of change would stepping into uncertainty in these areas of your life bring for you. 3. This is something that I have focused on a lot since starting Mujerón Movement. Especially with our annual event we are able to bring these experiences with the partnerships that we are able to land. We have worked with brands such as American Express, Dove, Rizos Curls, Ponds, Carress, and this year we actually landed our largest sponsorhsip yet so Im really excited to tell you how Ive been able to land these sponsorships. Wether you are wanting to get partnerships for your personal brand or your business this episode is for you. In this episode I talk about: What is a Brand Sponsorship? I share the different types of brand sponsorships (e.g., financial, product, event). Understanding Your Audience Knowing your audience demographics and interests. How to gather and present audience data. Creating a Media Kit What to include in a media kit (bio, stats, audience insights, past collaborations). How to design and present your media kit. Building Relationships Networking tips and building long-term relationships with brands. The importance of follow-up and staying in touch. Bonus: The KEY to attracting any of these type of opportunities is CONSISTENCY.
