Raise your hand if you want all the website pages, all at once, because everybody in your creative field has them, even if you don’t have any content for these pages just yet. Is this a good reason to put off launching your website? Of course not.  Start small and grow as you go. That’s how you’ll get from where you are now (having no website) to where you want to be (inviting people to a simple, elegant website that turns visitors into friends and customers). But are three pages enough? And which ones should you choose? Show notes: https://linachervenkova.com/blog/the-only-three-pages-you-need-to-launch-your-website
Show notes: http://linachervenkova.com/blog/live-your-dream-life-now Do you like the phrase "fake it till you make it"? I don't. I think it's icky but I found a way to make it better. Faking things is simply not something I do. And this is my issue with the phrase — a good idea is ruined by dressing it up in words I simply can't get behind. So today, I'll introduce you to another phrase you can use instead — same meaning, better words. Ready? Here we go!
I know how popular 5 am mornings are and I know how you can be made to feel like a slob by people being insanely productive before 8 am. And for some people waking up that early might be achieved with a little conditioning and not much suffering at all. But what do you do if for you waking up at 5 am is pure torture? Society and popular culture will have us believe that being an early bird means you get to be successful but is that really true and are we all the same? As a content creator, you need to come up with new ideas and turn them into a finished piece of content every single day. Even if you're an artist or a writer, creating daily and consistently is key to success. Because waiting for a muse to strike so you can write something good while never taking the trouble to practice your craft is just plain stupid. I shouldn't need to tell you this but the more you do something, the better you get at it. So here are my 5 tips on how to be creative consistently. I'm sure you've heard the phrase "don't be Jack of all trade and master of none". Such a silly thing! I agree that focus is your best friend when you're trying to accomplish many things but why on Earth would you want to do just one thing in life? Nobody has just one passion. We are all polymaths, conditioned to specialize in just one thing by an economy that needs office workers, not creators or healers. And this is why to build a successful brand you need to “find your niche”. You must choose one thing to focus on but there are ways to do that without cutting off your many pairs of wings.
