I absolutely love this podcast. It is so important of and people need to hear this message especially the fact that we as a nation and world have been very misinformed and our diets are killing us. Keep spreading the word. I am a huge fan of ancestral eating. also their performance podcasts are helpful as well well training and maintaining lean muscle. the cancer ones have also helped tremendously for my family getting them to listen and make dietary changes which will undoubtedly prolong their life. this is my go-to station keep doing what you're doing Dr Gustin! also to the people who say they can't understand him, or he talks too fast, may want to get their hearing checked. He's very straightforward. and understandable. On the other hand some of the guests have been hard to hear.
