Van Life. It’s become somewhat of a trend on Instagram, so I hear. Although no one on the show today lives in a van, I like the CONCEPT behind “Van Life”. The idea of getting rid of stuff to live in a smaller space seems both freeing and enticing. This episode features stories from individuals whom have chosen to live life more simply, whether it be living out of a car, or on a sail boat.  

Goals. We all have them. Sometimes they are the root of change, and sometimes they go unfulfilled. This episode features comedic stories of unsuccessful goals, an essay from Ariel Bohr on what inspired her to hike the Pacific Crest Trail, and an interview with her on how to best pack for a backpacking trip.
