He has been a carpenter, foreman, superintendent, general superintendent, operations manager, senior estimator, and in 2008 opened his own construction business, Bob Tedrick Construction. His business is a general construction company and at the time of the interview employing over 35 men and an annual revenue of 5.6 million. Bob is an avid outdoorsmen. He enjoys hunting and fishing. Finally, and most important, he is a father and husband.
