“My scarce resource is not my money it’s my life.” Chris Best, Founder of Substack.
The timing of the release of this episode was great with the open letter both Katie and Jesse signed from Harper's Review. I also think someone tried to go after Jesse for signing the letter.
I think something that wasn't talked abou enough is what we might do about the "global south" ie. developing countries like Brazil that will be rapidly increasing their consumption soon. The development of a country produces a lot of carbon (see India) so how do we help countries develop in a clean way?
This ep. really needed some dissenting opinion.
