This is a conversation many will judge before they listen. Stirling Cooper’s name is familiar to some for his time in the p0rn industry. However, he is now an author. A speaker. A coach. He understands strategy. Biology. Male psychology. Some may approach Stirling’s journey with scepticism…and rightly so. This is a space historically saturated with ego, performative masculinity, and questionable ideas. But in this conversation, we dig beneath the surface. We explore the uncomfortable truths many men face silently…shame, inadequacy, disconnection…We talk about bedroom fears, confidence, body disconnection, ego and inadequacy. Many will feel resistance. That is expected. Masculinity is a field full of contradictions. But this episode invites a deeper look. What does it mean to be a man. To be strong without abusive domination.Listen with curiosity. Listen with caution.Subscribe to The New Mind podcast for more uplifting and insightful conversations that explore the depths of mental health, personal growth, and inspiring stories of individuals making a difference in the world.Thank youConnect with me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ellamccrystal Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ellamccrystalhypno   TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@ella_mccrystalWeb: https://www.ellamccrystal.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@EllaMcCrystalConnect with Stirling: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/stirlingcooperFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/stirlingcooperxX: https://x.com/stirlingwisdom?lang=enYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0YIbCZJoYV1BeZ5qHDIJyQWeb: https://stirlingcooperinfo.com/

For an entire year, ME, also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome stole Hayley’s life!!!She was trapped in a body that would not move, a mind that was fading, and a reality that felt like slow death. Doctors offered little hope. Every day felt like disappearing. Then Hayley did something radical. She walked away from everything she knew…her identity, even relationships…and began an uncompromising quest to feel truly alive. She pushed the limits of mind, body, and soul healing. She tried what many fear to even talk about, including psychotherapy assisted MDMA, and turned her descent into unconsciousness into a powerful book that will save lives. This conversation will shake your beliefs about illness, trauma, and what it takes to reclaim your life. If you have ever felt hopeless, invisible, or stuck in a body that feels like a prison, Hayley’s story will not just inspire you, it will challenge you to wake up.Subscribe to The New Mind podcast for more uplifting and insightful conversations that explore the depths of mental health, personal growth, and inspiring stories of individuals making a difference in the world.Thank youConnect with me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ellamccrystal Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ellamccrystalhypno   TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@ella_mccrystalWeb: https://www.ellamccrystal.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@EllaMcCrystalConnect with Hayley: YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@theguidingstarsystemInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/theguidingstarsystem/TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@theguidingstarsystemWeb: https://www.theguidingstarsystem.com/
The Bonnie Blue Horror Show

The Bonnie Blue Horror Show

2025-08-1401:40:14

This is not a conversation about one woman. This is a post-mortem of a culture. The Bonnie Blue Horror Show is a psychological excavation of what happens when the theatre of digital voyeurism transforms a real-time breakdown into a global spectacle. In this urgent and disturbing episode, I sit down with Dr Charlotte Armitage, to dissect the pathology behind the phenomenon. We explore the machinery that props up modern fame ~ and the silent complicity of those watching. We speak plainly. About trauma. About fractured identity. This is not about Bonnie Blue. This is about what we’ve become and where society is going.Subscribe to The New Mind podcast for more uplifting and insightful conversations that explore the depths of mental health, personal growth, and inspiring stories of individuals making a difference in the world.Thank youConnect with me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ellamccrystal Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ellamccrystalhypno   TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@ella_mccrystalWeb: https://www.ellamccrystal.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@EllaMcCrystalConnect with Charlotte: My Book: https://generationzombie.co.uk/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/charlotteearmitage/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/drcharlottearmitageWeb: https://charlottearmitage.co.uk/
For over 30 years, Craig White built warriors. As one of the world’s leading Strength & Conditioning coaches, he prepared the British & Irish Lions, Premiership giants, and multiple Rugby World Cup teams to crush their opponents. On the surface, it was success. Power. Dominance. What Craig was also seeing (and experiencing) was…men who looked invincible… but felt nothing inside.“I thought being a great coach was about building strong bodies. I was wrong. Strength without soul is weakness. And it’s destroying men.”He noticed how men glorify toughness…suppress emotion…sacrifice soul for success. In his role of building physically strong athletes…he realised the world was full of emotionally broken men.Craig walked away from the traditional world of performance. He redefined what it means to be strong. Now, he dedicates his life to guiding men through the journey most will never dare to take…a descent into their own shadows to reclaim authentic leadership, emotional freedom, and spiritual wholeness. In this raw, no-bullsh*t conversation, Craig reveals…• The brutal truth about the “man up” culture in elite sport ~ and how it leaves men emotionally castrated.• His own reckoning…from an obsessive coach addicted to control, to a guide who now leads men into their emotional depths.• The hidden crisis of high-performing men…success on paper, but numb, disconnected, and spiritually empty inside.• Why most leadership “development” is a con….and how real transformation demands stripping away the masks of ego, status, and fear.• Craig’s mission to forge a new breed of male leaders…men who lead from presence and truth, not posturing and power-plays.This is a call to the men who are ready to stop performing…and start living.Subscribe to The New Mind podcast for more uplifting and insightful conversations that explore the depths of mental health, personal growth, and inspiring stories of individuals making a difference in the world.Thank youConnect with me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ellamccrystal Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ellamccrystalhypno   TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@ella_mccrystalWeb: https://www.ellamccrystal.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@EllaMcCrystalConnect with Craig: YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@daretobedifferentcraigwhiteLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/craig-white-performance-coach/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/craigwhitementoring/Web: https://craigwhitementoring.com/

Welcome back to The New Mind, the place where we explore the edges of human experience, the depths of resilience, and the stories that shape the way we see the world.Today, we’re sitting with a man whose story isn’t just about prison walls and headlines…it’s about the fight for truth, the cost of injustice, and the human capacity to keep going when the system says you shouldn’t.Kevin Lane spent over two decades in some of the UK’s toughest prisons, convicted of a crime he’s always insisted he didn’t commit. But this episode isn’t about guilt or innocence…it’s about what happens to the mind, the body, and the soul when life as you know it is taken from you. It’s about the way we survive isolation. The way we reconstruct meaning. The way we refuse to be defined by the darkest chapters of our story.Kevin’s journey is raw, complex, and uncomfortable at times…but it’s also deeply human. We talk about his experience of being ‘fitted up,’ the psychological endurance it took to get through those years, and the fight he continues to this day…not just for himself, but for anyone who’s ever been silenced by power. This isn’t just an interview. It’s a conversation about systems that break us, identities we rebuild, and the quiet rebellion of choosing to live, even when life feels impossible. So, wherever you are…whether you’re walking, driving, or just taking a moment to yourself…I invite you to slow down, lean in, and join me in this powerful, unapologetic exploration of what it means to have a new mind.Let’s get into it.Subscribe to The New Mind podcast for more uplifting and insightful conversations that explore the depths of mental health, personal growth, and inspiring stories of individuals making a difference in the world.Thank youConnect with me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ellamccrystal Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ellamccrystalhypno   TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@ella_mccrystalWeb: https://www.ellamccrystal.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@EllaMcCrystalConnect with Kevin: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/fittedupandfightingbackWeb: https://kevinlanebooks.com/Shop: https://kevinlanebooks.com/X: https://x.com/kevinlane_fufb
Today’s guest is a man whose story is fascinating…jagged….raw…and real.Meet “Shadow” aka Jefferson (Jeff) Michael King! His early life was split between two worlds. Until 14 he was living in the U.K., then he was sent to New York to live with his mum. Whilst there he thrived as an athlete, finding power in his body…but losing his grip in the rising tide of crack addiction that swept the New York streets in the late 70s.His mother, desperate to save him, sent him back to England. But addiction doesn’t listen to geography. He relapsed, again and again. Until something shifted. He fought for his life, entered the world of bodybuilding, and stepped into the national spotlight as “Shadow” - a fierce and unforgettable presence on ITV’s Gladiators. But fame doesn’t fix what festers underneath.A news scandal cost him his career. Addiction returned like a ghost he could never quite bury. He lost everything…his wife, his children, his home. For nearly two decades, he lived in a cycle of heroin, crack, homelessness, and prison. There were moments of redemption. Moments where it looked like healing had won. He worked in rehab, made peace with his past, reconnected with his family. But the path of recovery isn’t linear. And in 2021, it all unravelled again…this time into a prison sentence of over six years. And yet…he’s still here.So why tell this story?Because it matters.Because some people fall and never get up. Others fall a thousand times and still find a way to rise, even if the rising is messy and incomplete. This is not a story of a perfect comeback. It’s the story of a man still fighting for his life, for his dignity, for his place in the world. And sometimes…t hat’s the most human story of all.Let’s begin…Subscribe to The New Mind podcast for more uplifting and insightful conversations that explore the depths of mental health, personal growth, and inspiring stories of individuals making a difference in the world.Thank youConnect with me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ellamccrystal Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ellamccrystalhypno   TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@ella_mccrystalWeb: https://www.ellamccrystal.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@EllaMcCrystalConnect with Jeff: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/officialshadowgladiatorWeb: https://www.gladiatorstv.com/gladiators-uk/classic-itv/shadow/
