After their first team practice, Nikki & Brie are officially t-ball coaches! They’re all in on motivating their young players, coming up with strategies to connect with their young players and have an impact on their lives. The season hasn’t officially started, but it’s reignited a competitive passion in both of them! They both reflect on amazing coaches from soccer and track in their past, the commitment those coaches had to empower young players and athletes, and how Nikki & Brie envision their own coaching careers might play out. Nikki realized that getting on the field as a coach has given her a new purpose that she’s been missing.
