In a dominate White Out performance, No. 6 ranked Penn State beat Washington 35-6 in Happy Valley. Quarterback Drew Allar threw for 228 yards and one touchdown, while tight end Tyler Warren added to his impressive season with two rushing touchdowns as well as eight catches for 75 yards. The Nittany Lion defense stifled the Huskie offense by sacking their quarterbacks five times. Abdul Carter has two sacks and four tackles for a loss. Audrey & Jon are back for a midweek look at the Nittany Lions before they face Washington in primetime for the White Out from Happy Valley. For the eighth consecutive matchup, the Penn State Nittany Lions fell to the Ohio State Buckeyes. Despite an early pick six by Zion Tracy, James Franklin’s team could not muster an offensive performance that would keep them in the game with Ohio State as they lost by score of 20-13 despite a 10-0 lead in the first quarter. Audrey & Jon discuss everything that went wrong for Penn State including the playcalling decisions of Andy Kotelnicki as well as the lack of use of Tyler Warren in goalline scenarios. Where does Penn State go from here? They have the chance to still write their ticket to the playoff but can they close out the final four games of the year with victories?

Drew Allar threw for 391 yards and two touchdowns and the defense made plays in the second half to give the team a chance. Penn State beat UCLA 27-11 and James Franklin’s team avoided a let down following the win over Illinois. Audrey & Jon are back for a late late postgame show to discuss Penn State’s top 20 win over Illinois on Saturday night. The ground game wore down the Illini defense and carried the Nittany Lions to the win with Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen both showing up throughout the game to get chunk plays and keep this offense moving. The offensive line had an exceptional night and Tyler Warren continued to play every role the Nittany Lions needed him at to earn the victory.  Abdul Carter and the defense got off to a slow start but settled in and once again owned the second half thanks to Zane Durant, Kobe King, A.J. The Nittany Lions gave up nearly 400 yards of offense to Bowling Green and trailed at the break but found a way to pull off the second half come back and improve to 2-0. James Franklin's team looked like they were sleep walking through the first half defensively letting transfer quarterback Connor Bazelak chew them up for nearly 200 yards. Drew Allar and the offense got the team within in a score at the half led by Tyler Warren's career day and Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen both went over 100 yards in the victory. Questions remain though, is this an indication of greater problems for Penn State or just a weak follow up to a big win on opening weekend. Despite a lengthy halftime weather delay, the Nittany Lion spirits could not be dampened in the opener on Saturday as they controlled both sides of the ball to cruise to a 34-12 victory over West Virginia in Morgantown.  Tre Wallace had a day with two touchdowns while Drew Allar looked like a different QB under Andy Kotelnicki as he threw for 216 yards and 3 TDs.
