it feels like so many NoSleep stories just peter out without any actual or scary climax.

Scars was a BRILLIANT story!! Oh man, it had just the right amount of mystery and build-up to one of the most shockingly unexpected climaxes I've come across. The story also contained familiar settings mixed with vividly descriptive sequences of horribly disgusting awesomeness!! It is one of the more memorable stories I've heard on this podcast, sticking in my mind long after hearing it. Adding the NoSleep Podcast's amazing and professional style of voice acting, music composing, and producing to such a maddeningly shocking story has made "Scars" become one of my favorite pieces of horror fiction!

The story was really good, but it doesn't at all fit the nosleep theme, either way I'm glad that you shared it. C.K Walker is becoming a favorite of mine. I just don't understand how a storm lasted so long and no one came to rescue them, it's not like they were stranded on some mountain top and also who was announcing on the P.A system and why were they so nonchalant. Those factors are bothering me a bit.

Danielle Lee It seems like you didn't listen to the full story. At the end he finds out that there was no such place as Whitefall and that they never actually stopped anywhere. They just went into (I assume) another dimension like a Twilight Zone episode. That's why everyone in the outside world acted like nothing happened- because to everyone else on the outside world, really nothing happened.
