After over 200 written blogs, mainly about the wacky, wonderful and at times stupid world of professional wrestling, I’ve decided to join thousands of others into the world of audio. So if reading posts isn’t your thing hopefully I can provide a fun and informative insight into this most ridiculous thing we all love.

An impromptu episode to kick off season 2 of the podcast. This time I talk about the rumoured return of STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN to the ring! With rumours that a WrestleMania match against Kevin Owens is being talked about, I discuss the why’s, will it happen, should it happen and how I’d book the match itself. Hope you all enjoy, and any feedback as always I’d be very grateful for!!! Oh… and a little bonus bit at the end of the pod on some HUGE breaking news…
Whilst 2021 was absolutely fucking WILD, in this episode I will look ahead to some of the things that may or may not take place in 2022… what will Hangman’s title reign look like? Where will the likes of Killer Kross, Keith Lee and the others released by WWE end up? What will the new ROH look like? And much more…!!!
This episode I talk about the rampage of last week (featuring the debut match of HOOK), as well as Dynamite and rampage from this week. Three good shows from AEW once again, they’re really firing on all cylinders at the moment! So if you need to catch up on what’s been happening this episode is the one for you!
For this episode I talk about the current status and fortunes for 4 wrestlers in the news at the moment (Kyle O’Reilly, Johnny Gargano, Bryan Danielson & Cody Rhodes). Plus I talk about the action from this week’s editions of AEW TV (both Dynamite and Rampage). Before finally I’ll talk about the final ROH (as we know it) PPV, with Final Battle 2021 taking place on December 11th.
So after a little break I am now back with another podcast. In this episode I touch on what’s going on in ROH, NJPW, Impact and mainly AEW. I’ll also look at the amazing title reign of Kenny Omega, and look ahead to the upcoming New Japan shows featuring some AEW talent, and finish of with the fantasy booking of what I would do for the return of Kenny from his time off…
WOW… what a PPV. Here is my full recap of AEW’s All Out 2021 show, featuring some of the biggest matches in company history including the return to the ring of CM Punk for the first time in over 7 years!
It’s almost time for the most anticipated PPV in AEW history! And so now feels the time to do another more updated preview… Here in this episode I run down the amazing card for the show and everything we may or may not see on the show and going forward. One thing is for sure it will be a night none of us will ever forget… and… “It’s clobbering time”!!!
We’re about a month out from what could be not only the biggest PPV in All Elite Wrestling history, but one of the biggest shows in the whole of professional wrestling for some time. In this episode I talk about what could (or more WHO could) be on the show, potential matches and reasons why certain matches aren’t happening as we once thought… Plus I’ll touch on the extraordinary hype around the August 20th AEW Rampage show, and the company being strongly rumoured to be signing not just one but TWO of the biggest free agents in the world… “Do I have everybody’s attention now?”…
Today WWE announced that it has released my favourite current WWE superstar Bray Wyatt. Here are my immediate thoughts on the news.
In this episode I focus on fantasy booking. I will let you know what I would’ve done if I had the chance to book the following: The Rusev Day era, Shinsuke Nakamura’s 2018, Bray Wyatt’s run as WWE Champion and what I would’ve done had The Elite joined WWE and not helped create AEW at the start of 2019.
So many things to talk about this episode; the Thunderdome era of WWE is OVER and full arenas with fans starts again this Friday, I also look ahead to the Money In The Bank PPV this Sunday, I’ll speak about how AEW handled their return to going on the road again, the sad news that Bayley has a long term injury, and lots more on a jam-packed podcast episode. Hope you all enjoy!!!
In this episode I cover a whole range of topics such as recent comments by Chris Jericho, Bully Ray and Bryan Alvarez. As well as reflecting on the most recent WWE releases. I will also talk about the end of the pandemic era of AEW, and also their first steps towards an eventual Kenny Omega vs Adam Page title match. This episode’s fantasy booking topic is what would’ve happened if The OC (AJ Styles, Gallows & Anderson) had of joined AEW in time for the debut episode of Dynamite. All that and much much more. Hope you all enjoy as always and any support on social media or on the various podcast apps is always appreciated. Always happy to take any questions or topics you would like me to cover also, so if you have any suggestions feel free to get in touch.
In this episode I’m joined by my good friend Dan. We’ve watched many PPVs together in recent years and we look back at those shows and talk about some of the stories around them, as well as our memories of watching them at the time. Blogs on most of the shows mentioned can be found @ NobodyIsReady.com
If ever a show epitomised WWE booking and the product right now, it was this one… good wrestlers, good matches, LAME finishes!!! Hear what I thought of the show and everything that took place, as well as what and where certain things could go next…
In this episode I answer a few questions wrestling related (the state of creative on WWE TV, treatment of talent, is Vince the right man for the job, differences between AEW and WWE, and also I rebook the year of The Fiend between Mania 36 - Mania 37). I finish by talking about the return of Samoa Joe to NXT, WWE and Saudi Arabia before finally looking ahead to this coming weekend’s Hell In A Cell PPV. Here is the blog I referred to when discussing WWE Creative http://nobodyisready.com/2021/06/03/wtf-is-going-on-with-wwe/ … and here is the blog regarding the release of Zelina Vega when talking about talent treatment http://nobodyisready.com/2020/11/14/the-release-of-zelina-vega-wwes-dark-side/
For my first episode, I face one of my wrestling nightmares head on. I go back and rewatch a match which resulted in my most foul mouthed blog I’ve ever written. I was FURIOUS upon watching this match unfold… so here I go again. Join me as I rewatch the match, and tell the story of what led to it, where both characters were up to at this point, and what happened in the aftermath… wish me luck… My original blog reviewing “the biggest week in professional wrestling ever” is available here: http://nobodyisready.com/2019/10/07/the-biggest-week-in-professional-wrestling-ever-review/
