Having become a senior manager at KPMG he was drawn into the radio industry initially as Finance Director for East Anglian Radio which at the time owned Radio Broadland, Orwell and Saxon Radio. Bob became MD of Radio Broadland in 1997. Through buyouts Bob worked for a further 15 years eventually under the umbrella of Global Media or Bauer Media. After managing multiple radio stations across the country retired in 2022.Now, having obtained a licence from OFCOM, is about to relaunch Radio Broadland.
