I have been exploring religion (specifically Hinduism) for the past year, and as an atheist, I can tell you there is an enormous wealth of knowledge that is almost untapped by the modernised, increasingly irreligious world. This is not to say that studying religion has made me a believer. I still don’t see the possibility of one or many gods presiding over all of us, witnessing and judging all our actions. However the study of religion is a lot more than the worship of god. I will touch upon that in this podcast, and a few ways that religion impacted my life. Read more on theoptout.xyz
Schools have very systemically taken the fun out of learning, and that's the stem of why, in this country, we have so many dispassionate people leaving high school and college. Because they are products of deeply dispassionate teachers. This is sort of my rant about the whole subject.
