I've found a lot of clarity though my pain, and I share what I've learned with you in this episode. I also dive into how to maintain clarity, and share practices that I do to get super clear, and optimize. So the other day I wrote a long Facebook post and was told by someone that I overexaggerate... It's sad to me that my passion is taken as an overexaggeration, because my passion is my truth and I'm not ashamed of it. In fact, I think a majority of people these days choose to take the easy route and to numb themselves to their passion (aka their feelings). This is because being a passionate person includes a lot of highs, but it also means you feel the darkest of lows 30x over, which people tend to avoid out of fear. But to me, passion is honesty. Passion is what makes an individual light up. Passion is nothing but the truth, served flaming hot. I love passionate people. In my opinion they're the realest. I think we could all use some more passion....don't you? Tune in. Issaaaaa rant!

I'm not saying it's easy, and I've for sure struggled as well but despite all the madness, there is a lot of good that can come out of our situation. The Optimal Attitude is all about the idea that we can't control life, we can only control how we react to it. Will you crumble under pressure or strengthen the f*ck out of your attitude and push through? Tune in dudes. I'm here for you.

What causes confusion, depression or anxiety? Lack of purpose. How do we find our purpose? By exercising our right to choose. By making decisive decisions, we feel in control of our lives and therefore lead meaningful lives.
Self-awareness is only half the battle. Without execution, you're just a commander on a sinking ship. - Lior Vainer

A misconception I've experienced about optimism, is that optimists are naive to the hardships we encounter in life. Some may feel that optimists sit on the sidelines with our desires waiting for things to happen because we believe "everything will be ok, everything will work out." It's not enough to just believe, we have to be realistic about the effort that's required to achieve our goals. We must be realistic in understanding we will hit challenges and hardships along the way, it's not going to come easy, but we must be optimistic in believing we can overcome the challenges!
I can't lie, I'm a sucker for a good dad joke. Tune into the beginning of this episode for some laughs before I dive into morning and nighttime routines. I'll share with you my tips and tricks to an effective routine that will help you increase your productivity and mood. Best part? While the fundamentals are necessary, personalization is key, so after we talk about the 411, edit your routine however you please. Let me know tips and tricks you do for your routines, I love learning them! Xx. Lior
