We are all essential for happiness. Every one of you have a strength to make a change.
Sharfraz brought up a thought to Christina, mentioning how people are making remarks or jokes to others during this time of COVID - 19; “I’m essential and you’re not!”. A lot of people are away from work and are feeling this movement strongly. We have to walk into this very delicate time thinking about everybody’s emotions - and how our words can effect others. Sharfraz and Christina both shine light on how little things like a coffee from your favourite coffee store is essential to lightening your day, how a spa will relax you after a long day too. Without a doubt, what is named essential (Health and Food) is essential for survival. Although, everyone and every place that we visit that is declared un essential, has been postponed. Another words, our sources of happiness have been postponed. Their aim is to remind you how important you are. You are essential for peoples happiness.

The one thing Sharfraz & Christina constantly come back to; is the purpose of Outro. After having three weeks break due to responsibility and battles of their own, they remind each other that; its okay to slip, as long as you get back up again and try again. To simply have a motivate to want to be heard on Outro from an alternative source is one reason they do what they do - but the bigger reason is to help you. Their mission to create a place to form a bond, discuss subjects that matter. Outro made this episode to remind themselves of the reason they made Outro in the first place - and to also remind you that passion is the fuel to this platform.
Being social is depicted in several ways in today’s generation. We are on our phones, socializing across our social media platforms; sharing pictures, videos about our life. Once upon a time, socializing was simply going out and getting to know somebody - now we can do it from the comfort of our own home. There are reality checks that come with social media; noticing how it can be falsely depicted and also how it can help somebody share - and display more of their ideas and expression. The view to being social is growing - and Outro is giving their simple perspective on the subject.
To be vulnerable takes a greater courage in a world/century full of high expectations, fear of opening up to those around us, a perfect picture of ones life online and competition at a workplace. Today we speak about the ways in which being vulnerable will change your life, and the ways it can cause you to feel down. There are two perspectives of vulnerability - and the first steps to being vulnerable always seem the most hurtful/ because you don’t know where to draw the line with people. Once you ace the structure to be vulnerable and when to stop, opening up will become so much easier. You see when being raw is worth it and when it is not. It makes you a strong, expressive individual- it will make life worth living once you know how; but it all takes practice. Never let one bad experience conquer your craving to express.
Simply discussing views on education and career, Outro open’s up about their experiences and views within the education system - and what sticks out to them. Education is vital in year 12 - speaking about the importance of challenging yourself to learn, and the real challenges behind the system. Their are pro’s and con’s to the system - but it is all within your personal experience. Social challenges consume your mind when it depended on your ATAR scoring and career outcomes - although Sharfraz and Christina display their thoughts on why it doesn’t just end at year 12. You have the option to dig deeper, change your mind and have a break after a long, 12 years of schooling. Career comes with time and can never be rushed - just as Outro came with time and planning several years after high school ended for them.
What our topic represents is what we’ve been noticing within friendship groups, work places and even the internetMany individuals may do something that is shocking, something you didn’t expect, something that angers you and so on - and you feel the strongest need to rage, humiliate them or make a fool out of them… why not simply educate, state a mature opinion and leave it at that?If somebody is too stubborn to listen to the advice, theres a quote that says “ silence is the best reply to a fool”- and not saying youre all a fool, its just the quote - but it simply means, they aren’t educated - they arent in the right mind to understand your curtesy and advice - so there is no point arguing and fighting with them. Educate, and if they don’t want to listen - let them remember what you said later..Because we always say “ it will at least be in the back of their mind”Before raging - or feeling the need to make another person feel significantly lesser than you, or that you’re dissapointed in them - think about how you can support these acts.. by suggestions.
Humble people are the people of the world, the entrepreneurs, the comforters, the leaders. They are the people who make the world a great place to live. Today we talk about our appreciation for humble individuals and small situations where their down to earth personalities make a whole difference. We aim to be just like those we look up to - and we want to inspire you to gain the aura too.
We express off our minds and through our mouths - as by the quality of being earthly is from the heart. Genuine words we speak, for you to connect as if we are conversating.
Known for the vulnerability - Outro speaks upon a subject many interracial couples tend to avoid or not speak about. Discussing the cultural differences they face, you will experience the happiness and the mishaps of disagreement. Opening doors and giving details not many know about - they’re targeting those in similar situations and on similar journeys; conflicted religious and cultural differences. One thing to bare in mind / it gets better- and there is positivity when you stay grounded.
A subject that is popping up all over the world. Outro speaks about their journey to minimalism; how far they’ve come with minimalism. Materialism, being the opposite of minimalism, strikes millions of people around the world - including Outro. They felt the need to discuss their struggles with “items” and having way too much! Living a more minimal life is what they aim to do. This is just the beginning of their journey to being simple - and it feels good.
Sharfraz and Christina, learning from their first episode, choose to reflect on their strengths and weaknesses of each episode. Choosing to do a reflection in each episode brings Outro’s meaning to life- an Outro to every 2 weeks. Being in constant thought, they have relied on each other throughout the birth of Outro , and began to notice that they were reflecting on their relationship.
Sharfraz & Christina explain their journey as a couple - hitting as many memories and concepts that lead to this podcast. Explaining their failed attempts, how they came up with their name and more - you will truly begin to feel the concept of Outro.
