Joey Burns welcomes Larry Jones to Eagle Land Brokerage. Larry grew up in Pennsylvania playing baseball, football and doing anything outdoors. He worked on the Dupont dairy and horse farm, maintaining the property and helping with the hay operation. Called to the west, Larry headed to Montana State University earning a degree in Agricultural Engineering Technology while working on farms and ranches as well as the Montana State Agricultural Experiment Station. His professional career was in capital equipment and finance with focus on sales and product management. The demand of the corporate life required extensive travel and relocation, which a priority of family overruled and a pursuit of Campground resorts prevailed. Larry and his wife have owned/operated both franchises known as Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park and KOA. Larry and Kim also owned a ranch/farm which produced high quality horse hay and a small herd of Piedmontese cattle. More recently Larry was a licensed Financial Advisor but found he needed more time outdoors as the mountains were calling!
