This week we're going to finish up principle three by going over, again, the two ways people miss bids, we're going to go over some exercises you can do if you or your partner feel you could benefit from some help in turning towards each other, and we're going to go over some ways that you can cope with your partners sadness, fear and anger.
This week we start Principle 3: Turning Towards Your Partner Instead of Away from Dr. John Gottman's 7 Principles For Making Marriage Work. Because the principle is pretty deep and heavy it's going to broken into two parts. This week we discuss "Bids" and why they matter.
