In an essay specially commissioned for the podcast, Aisha Sabatini Sloan describes rambling around Paris with her father, Lester Sloan, a longtime staff photographer for Newsweek, and a glamorous woman who befriends them. In an excerpt from The Art of Fiction no. 246, Rachel Cusk and Sheila Heti discuss how writing her first novel helped Cusk discover her “shape or identity or essence.” Next, Allan Gurganus’s reading of his story “It Had Wings,” about an arthritic woman who finds a fallen angel in her backyard, is interspersed with a version of the story rendered as a one-woman opera by the composer Bruce Saylor. A good podcast that reminded me of how I rode Paris. This is a wonderful city with something to see. I was in Paris on business. Although Paris is quite a big city, but as it turned out it is quite convenient to travel in a comfortable bus. I checked this when I ordered a charter bus from this company https://bcs-bus.com/charter-bus-paris They arranged good transportation for me. I managed not only to visit all the places in Paris. But also comfortable to get to other cities in France. That's why the city left good memories for me.
