In our inaugural podcast we thought it appropriate to introduce ourselves, the founders of The Pilates League.In this episode Rach, Isaac and Tim discuss how they each came to the pilates industry, their respective experience, and what they have planned for The Pilates League.Rach & Isaac have had 15 and 11 years experience respectively in the industry and known each other for 10 years. In a strange co-incidence, and unknown to each other, they both independently started their own training company in the same month two years ago from observations of gaps in Instructor knowledge. In this episode they discuss their observations of current Instructor training providers and the opportunity they saw to create an Instructor training course (mat & reformer) which addresses the identified gaps and produces 'studio ready' graduates.
