When you’re an online creator or entrepreneur you’re told (and expected) to share yourself and your life very vulnerably and openly. I spent a lot time sharing ALL of my life and myself in an attempt to grow my brand & business to create the life I wanted for myself & my family. Turns out not sharing is just as important and valuable as what you do share. Let’s talk about the pedestal we put mentors, teachers & gurus on, what they teach us and what we make it all mean, as well as developing and utilizing our own inner authority to find our way in life. And the biggest point I want to make: you are not your business/products/services/creations.

Such an interesting phrase used in the coaching and “manifestation” industries. I wanna dive into it and pick it apart a bit so we can find the truth underneath it. What does it really mean? Is it helpful or harmful? How do I actually walk my path in life if there’s nothing I have to do?
Receiving and holding more in your nervous system & energetic container. How does it really work? Do you really need to strengthen your nervous system & increase your energetic capacity?
It’s easy to get caught up in someone else’s ideas about what your goals are and what you should be doing if you don’t know your limits. Knowing your limits and honoring your boundaries is what creates your freedom and expansion.
Oh how our language & communication needs some serious work. Want the cliff notes version of this episode: you can only have an opinion on things you have actually experienced. Otherwise you need to learn to shut the f* up.
Are you in survival mode? How do you get out of it & how do you find your path forward? What about quantum leaps & reaching the next level?
How do you know if your relationship is correct or not? What if your paths don’t cross anymore? Letting your partner be their differentiated self. The unconscious manipulation we use on others. And other relationship related things.
What’s it really based in? Isn’t change the base of our biological and energetic mechanics? Why would something so foundational to us be a fear?
As we change from tribal and “we gotta reproduce” to a whole different need & style for relating, are you ok with it? Or are you still perpetuating the old-school dynamics in the posts you share & comments you make?
Are you in the pre-frame or post-frame personally? We’re in a pre-frame collectively. What’s that even mean? Why does it matter?
This season is different in a lot of ways but mainly bc these episodes are more for new than they are for you. This season is about externalization.
There’s an addiction in our society to false urgency, over productivity and hustlin’ in life. This one mini-series of questions can help you decrease your stress levels, increase your sense of fulfillment in life and allow you to connect more deeply to the ones you love.
When we don’t get what we’ve prayed for, asked for or set intentions for it can put us in a cycle of feeling frustrated, disappointed, bitter and angry. We quickly go from it’s not working to I’m not worthy. We can feel like we’re being ghosted or “left on read”, like we never get our prayers or manifestations answered. The truth is there is ALWAYS an answer but your answer bias may be in the way of you receiving it.
You can do hard things but know which hard things are worth it to you or not is what will lead you to happiness & fulfillment or stressed & unhappy. It’s always your choice. Your awareness & ability to ask better questions about what you’re doing will make all the difference in your health, relationships & life experiences. So, is it hard or is it a challenge?
Getting stuck in old habits and expectations is how the majority live. They keep expecting it to be this way so that’s the way it is. But where did these expectations come from and how do we change them?
It’s easy for us to get stuck in the symptoms and surface level of what we are experiencing in our life. The triggers and things that we are experiencing are often just that and we need the right questions to help us dive down to the cause so that we can create real change, and make some real progress.
