Description

Welcome to RISE with your host Alexis Robl. This podcast was inspired by a father in search of new ways to connect with his teenage daughter (who was quickly approaching the age of "ew, Dad") and energize her to be the best version of herself. Each episode will feature a new guest, and we will discuss what Resiliency, Identity, Strength, and Empowerment mean to them and how each has impacted or influenced their life. The ultimate goal of this podcast is to motivate and inspire through unique stories and experiences!
