I'm curious as to why you say to stay away from VA loans? These are low fixed rates and don't require PMI. Also, when buying with a VA loan, it usually work in the buyers favor as homes are appraised lower by the VA then with a FHA or conventional loan so you usually pay less then the asking price in most cases.
I think this is a duplicate of last week's episode. Haven't listened all the way, but the intro is the same. :-)
I love the Nightingale too! Try Winter Garden by Kristin Hannah next!
dinnerly food box is actually a lot cheaper than others. 35 delivered for 3 meals for 2, which is enough for 3.
I know I'm a bit behind on listening to this episode, but here I am. Remember that for any job you do that uses your personal vehicle, you need to report that to your auto insurance provider. You could nullify your insurance if you are in an accident.
me, a single 20 year old guy listening to the whole thing 😂😂😆
yes, i would pay for u to sleep train my little boys lol that sounds like a productive business for both sides 👍🏼👍🏼
Wow! Sometimes sacrifices and definitely budgeting are needed to plan out buying a car in full to be fully owned. $400 and more monthly is way too much.
Thanks for reminding me to how enjoy life and be imaginative about doing it without wasting money aside from a little gas.
O.M.G your guest Minana (sorry I am not sure how to spell her name) resonated with me SOOOO much. Her interview feels like a message the universe wanted me to hear right now <3 <3 Thank you for sharing your story, xx
This couple is precious! Totally made living on a budget so much fun!
My husband and I also sold our house and completely paid off our debt! We moved in with my parents, along with our two children, and are saving for a down payment to build a modular home! 💕
I love the Rachel Cruze Show and had to hear your podcast. 💖
