The Rainbow Inside Us introduces the power of all of the colors of the rainbow, where they are found in the body, and how they help us move through the world with confidence and care.

In this final meditation, we will focus on the purple glow of our rainbow that rests just over the top of our heads, at the crown. This color gives us the power of connection, which reminds us that we are never truly alone.
This guided meditation will find us focusing on the blue part of our rainbow, which we find at our forehead. Some call this our “third eye” because it’s power helps us see and think about things clearly.
In this meditation, we will focus on the throat, where the rainbow inside glows a brilliant turquoise color. The power of this part of our rainbow allows us to use our voices in ways that feel positive and productive.
In this guided meditation, we will hold our hands over our hearts to help cultivate feelings of love and forgiveness. The warm green light at the center of our chests reminds us of the power of both giving and receiving love and forgiveness.
During this meditation, we will explore the yellow energy center found right in our bellies. The yellow part of our rainbow gives us the power to take action and move.
This guided meditation will find us journeying to the orange energy center of our rainbow. Here we find our power for creativity, and we learn what we can do when we feel stuck or unsure. Come to sit and feel the power of the orange inside of you.
In this meditation, we will focus just on our red energy, at the root of our bodies. When we feel connected, we feel safe and strong. Let’s explore the red in our rainbow inside us.
