The Ramblings of a Property Investor

Tom Durrell Fellow long haired property investor.  He has a vast knowledge when it comes to property investing. He has used a wide range of property investing strategies enabling him to now be in property full time. Some of his strategies include student HMO'S, professional HMO'S, single Lets, rent to rent, lease option agreements, buying land and building housing developments.  He has gone from being employed to building his own housing development site in a time frame of 5 years. This is an incredible achievement in anyone's books. We talk all things property, business and mindset, it was a pleasure to have him on. You can learn a lot from Tom as I certainly did. We really go into depth about certain aspects of property investing, it was a pleasure to have Tom on the podcast, he is a genuinely nice guy and a great person to be around as he has such a positive persona. 

Its very refreshing to talk to Sam, he has a great business mind, he thinks differently to most property related people about asset classes and investing.  I first came across Sam when I discovered his podcast "Business over Beers"  Somehow we got chatting through our connection in Student Accommodation and our relationship has blossomed form their, the power of socail media hey? An all round great guy, and is doing some seriously great work in pushing for change in the student accommodation sector for the better. it was a pleasure to have him on. Jamie who is one of the directors of Minors and Brady a local estate agency in Norwich employs 48 people and has a turnover of £5 million per year.  He is extremely driven and has an inspiring business mind.  I first hand listened in on him speaking to one of his employees about an issue he had, he used techniques that enables the employee to come up with the correct answers while Jamie was guiding them in the right direction. He spoke like a true leader and this is something you dont come across to often. I really enjoyed speaking with Jamie, there is some incredible content in this podcast and I am 100% sure everyone will enjoy this episode and gain some valuable information from it too.
