On this episode, I speak on dealing with having an attitude problem and how pridefulness can lead to bigger problems. Sometimes being reactive isn’t always the best solution, taking a step back and asking yourself “Is this situation worth the reaction or can I simply let it go?” These reactive situation or built up anger can be caused by the blockage in our throat chakra so I also implemented some throat chakra affirmations to realize some of that blockage.
