Big rumours off field in free agency and none bigger than Tino's future and where he can land after testing the market. Some big results in the AFL, the biggest being the announcement of Snoop doggy dog performing for the grand final. Plenty of biffing in the UFC this weekend, with an absolute belter set up between Dricus and Khamzat. Onto the punt and the boys are swinging for the hills this weekend to make up some ground. 80 minutes is all that is left to decide the mental health of us 3 for the next 12 months. Jokes aside, how good is a decider! Plenty of chat regarding origin and some multis thrown out thanks to our wagering partner Neds. We discuss a very interesting situation at the dogs at the moment, a decision that could prove costly. Some real "a wins a win" results across both codes over the weekend and maybe more to come. The aussies take out the series against West Indies but I don't think anyone is convinced yet, considering the quality on display in the ENG v IND series at the moment. No group 1's for a while but that won't stop us having a wager! It's Caloundra Cup Day at the Sunshine Coast so no doubt we have a few bets at the meeting. B1 and B2 had to call Gropes and Jace for a couple of tips this week as it's a bit hard to find a winner in these cooler months. Huge discussions around origin sides and pretty well come to the conclusion that NSW cannot possibly lose this game just on face value. Which is fine, still looking forward to the game and you never know... The Dogs and Penrith played out a classic on Thursday night, doesn't get easier for the dogs this week up against the Broncos. A couple of sell-out stadiums on a Saturday afternoon for the NRL was absolutely great to see! We need someone to stand up in Aussie top order before this summer's Ashes, who will it be? Plenty of AFL news with around Carlton and Richmond at the tribunal as we recorded, we will see how many weeks Tom Lynch gets. UFC 317 was an absolutely cracker of a card with knockouts galore! It's the last Group 1 of the season, and the last day of the Brisbane Winter Carnival! TBR has a runner in the Battle Of The Bush so he has been hard at work in the Gough stable under the B1 whip. We talk a bit of origin, just around the minor injury cloud surrounding both Cleary and Haas for the blues. They have both been named to play this week but watch this space! The NRL continues to produce great games of footy, certainly some separation between the top 4 and the rest of the competition but it's anyone's guess who will be in bottom 4 of the 8. Jace comes in hot with some cold hard truths delivered to the Carlton Footy Club and why they are a massive under achieving club. Tommy is off to Cairns for a No Limit card tonight with Liam Wilson and Liam Paro headlining, so make sure ya tune in for that! Ipswich Cup on Saturday, as barbs says on the episode it is a sight to behold so get on down if you aren't up to much! Obviously, there was a reaction to the origin last night, we couldn't not!
