Episode 7: How to Allow Love into Your Life After a Heartbreak

"You have to keep breaking your heart until it opens." ~ Rumi This quote by Rumi inspired me to share my message with you. When your heart is closed, you can't give love nor receive it. If you're heart has been broken, you may well be afraid of it being broken again. But what if you have a desire to meet someone really amazing? Rumi is quoted "Your task is not to seek for love, but to merely seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it." If you want intimacy, this step is a must. If you're interested and feel ready to explore how we can work together to make your dream a reality, I invite you to email me at contact@nehasonney.com for a complimentary clarity call. Episode 6: Do You Feel Emotionally Safe? What are the Unconscious patterns in your relationships?

What you don't know is hurting your life in ways you don't understand. I asked on my recent IG stories: "Do you feel emotionally safe?" with the options: Yes, No and I don't know to choose from. And a lot of women had responded "I don't know". In this episode I talk about what causes this unconscious pattern of feeling unsafe. It is the things you don't know that are running the show of your life - from the depths of your sub-conscious. If you want to break this pattern, you have to do it consciously at the body level. I experienced transformation because story can't be changed at the mind level because it exists at the body level. The response on my IG story has inspired me to hold an event for addressing this "emotional safety" through a transformative love story workshop on Saturday 31st Oct, 4-5:30pm. Find out more about how you can stop this pattern of meeting wrong matches. Click here to learn more: https://fb.me/e/1cBTyoBwq. Register on Pelago events.

Episode 5: How Your Addictive Behaviours are Ruining your Relationship with Yourself and Others.

I used to dream about having a talk show (bonus if it's with my partner). And it IS! Because in this interview I have my soulmate - Todd. When we were friends we used to talk about dating apps and the problems they caused. We talked about everything, and we still love talking about things that matter to us - our relationship with each other, our children, how to communicate better, how to listen better. In this episode Todd and I talk about behaviours in the beginning stages of dating, what everyone is doing and being like on tons of different apps. It's all the same. The communication is affected. Assumptions on texting lead to more confusion keeping everyone lost. If you have questions for us please send them to contact@nehasonney.com.
