This episode is an extension of episode #30 and also really hits home. In this one, I talk about body insecurities, how the self-worth wound gets connected to your body in the first place, and the three false assumptions that can lead to you feeling jealous over other people (women) being “prettier” than you.Sign up forThe Jealousy Attack Emergency Coursefor FREE!If you like this podcast, please give me a rating and review so that others can find it easier. Also, feel free to reach out to me directly if you are ready to take this work to the next level and want my support along the way or if you have a question or a topic suggestion for a future episode.I love to connect with my audience, so follow me on social media and say hi if you want. :-)This is where you can find me:Email: mail@martinabooth.comInstagram:@martina.b.boothFacebook:Martina BoothBook a call with me directly.***DisclaimerThe information on this podcast is for informational and entertainment purposes only. In this episode I reveal 3 common lies you have most
likely been told about relationships.
1. The feelings you feel when you “fall in love”
are about the other person
2. If you don’t have a lot of sex or passion, it
means there is something wrong with your relationship
3. Relationships are hard work and sacrifice
Tune in to learn why these are lies and what’s true instead.

In this episode I talk about why people REALLY cheat.
This is a topic that I am personally really passionate
about. The topic of infidelity is one of the most controversial topics in the world – regardless of culture, political beliefs etc. I find it very interesting that this is the one thing that EVERYBODY seems to agree on. And I believe that they ALL got it wrong. I think that the vast majority of people fundamentally misunderstand why someone might be unfaithful. They are full of moral judgment – sometimes even while doing it themselves.
I highly recommend this episode to simply EVERY SINGLE
PERSON ON THIS PLANET. I really hope you’ll listen to it and that it will open your mind a bit. For the sake of all people who cheated on their partners, but also for the sake of everyone who has been cheated on.

In this episode I present two different ways of categorizing anger which I hope will help you navigate the topic more smoothly and will help you understand yourself and others a bit better.

In this episode I talk about what you can do to actually change your thinking.
You may have noticed that you are having a hard time thinking more positive or more useful thoughts, especially when you feel strongly about a given situation. I will address why that is and what you can do to really start thinking different thoughts.
It is probably something that you have heard of before, but I would guess that you have never heard anyone talk about how that is connected to your thoughts.

Tune in to learn about two types of jealousy that I have encountered over the years in my work with clients. I discuss in detail what they are and what needs to happen for each of them in order to start solving the issue at the root.
Jealousy is a very complex thing where there is no one-size-fits-all solution. The more information we can get on what goes one for us individually, the easier it will be to actually make changes.
So, in this episode I give you one way of getting a bit clearer on what is going on for you.

This episode is an unusual one. I received a message from someone how listened to an interview I gave on another podcast that prompted me to address a couple of things.
I talk about the way I use the modalities that I have been trained in, where the definitions I use in my “dialogue and practice” come from and, ultimately, how I would love for you to use the information I am conveying to you in this podcast.
This is the first episode I did not edit at all, so pardon me for some pauses and “uhms”. 😉I hope you will still enjoy it and I hope that it makes you think, as usual.

Tune in for another episode that will probably make you think differently about relationships in general.

In this episode I talk about the often overlooked topic of ordinary trauma. I explain what it is and why it so important.
If you are someone who has been to therapy for many years
for a certain traumatic event and still haven’t gotten any relief from some of your symptoms, this episode may provide some new insight into why that may be and what you can do.
The topic may also open your mind a little more about your relationship with yourself and about the way you think about your past.

In this episode I break down the complex topic of jealousy. I reveal what it is all about at the core (spoiler: No, it is not "just insecurity") and I explain why it is so hard for many people - including professionals - to really solve it.
But don't worry, there is a solution after all and if you stay until the end of the episode, I will give you the first few steps you need to take in order to overcome this crippling problem once and for all.

In this episode I dive deep into possible root causes behind feeling unsafe in the world or being scared of losing your partner, drawing from my experiences with clients and from my own life. A lot of these possible root causes may surprise you as most people would never relate them to their relationship.
At the end I walk you through an exercise that you can do on your own if you want to feel safer and less dependent on your partner.
So definitely tune in!

In this episode I discuss one of my favorite topics and one of the biggest issues of humanity (including myself): the struggle with self-worth. This is not the typical "3 step guide to more confidence". Instead I dive deep into the question of how someone ends up with "low self-worth" and what you can do to change this for good.
I have to warn you though: This is not the easy and fast road. But it is one that leads to lasting change.
