Terry Parkman is the NextGen Pastor at River Valley Church in Minneapolis, MN, a multi-site church with locations in the US and abroad. There, he oversees the development of everything cradle to career: Kids, Youth, Young Adults, and Emerging Leaders. Along with his responsibilities at River Valley, Terry serves as the Global co-chair for Empowered21 NextGen's efforts in seeing an emerging generation of Spirit-filled leaders rise up to lead the Church into the future. Terry also travels and speaks internationally on leadership trends, and more specifically, generational shift and how that affects the Church today.
