The Resilient Entrepreneur Episode 1
2. Feb.
Welcome dear listeners to my new podcast about the Resilient Entrepreneur. this feels amazing going back to my early days working a little bit late at night for WNYC New York Public Radio I really always enjoy public speaking and I hope that you enjoy listening if you don't if you do please drop me a comment and please subscribe to the program so we can keep you posted on the upcoming episodes. In episode one, we focus on building a Clear Vision that can sustain your business and your life for years to come. this is based on my experience often working on panels these days and listening to other entrepreneurs' pitch, and it takes me a long time to even understand what they're talking about. Often you do have the impression that the question of what are you doing comes to the soldier's surprise to them we should be strange because it's going to be the same question everybody's going to be asking them for years to come. And if I'm really good at something I believe it just keeps repeating myself and making it fresh every single time repeating the same vision because the same vision I had, bringing clean electricity heating and cooling to the people who need it most, has been through 12 years ago as it is today. so this episode we discuss how to put together three sentences that define your vision your tools and your customer benefit, making it as easy to understand as possible. This would be the first part of your elevator pitch that you going to be repeating for years to come. This will be your compass this will be your guide in difficult times when it's going to be challenging to stay the course. But I also would ask you to keep an open mind for the way how you achieve your vision. Since technology and the business environment keeps changing every single day, we as Business Leaders can't be too stuck to the path that we choose to reach our vision. Again and again, especially in Germany, I see the issue that people have issues changing their mind ask they chose is a certain pathway. But if new technologies come up and new tools come up, and customer demand changes it is your responsibility as a leader to be creative be shaping the future of your company. so remember what is the vision of your company and just as important what is the vision for your life. Because if you don't feel comfortable and aligned with your personal Vision as your business vision is going to be very difficult to stay in the passion for years to come. Personal Vision, business Vision together will give you the strength to endure years and years of building a company that is truly great and make you a happy human being.
