is Mr Peston's style of talking becoming evermore laboured? The long pauses seem to becoming longer.
Normally, I love listening to you both, but I can't listen to this w**k*r. Look forward to the next episode.
I paid day off to get a tattoo, utterly ridiculous. There are those who have a genuine need, and there are those that are taken the piss, this is the latter!
Raking money away from people does not ensure that they will be able to work, but it does guarantee suffering. A bitter pill.
the editing is broken, just listened to the Elon musk episode and the last 5 minutes repeated itself then the episode stopped abruptly!
Does HMRC have telephone Helpline? I called the number that they provided and had to give up after 30 minutes!
I'm still enjoying your podcast. on the subject of employee business participation, I worked for SUN Microsystems. They would issue option constrained so that we couldn't realise their value for five years. So, not only were they exposed to the market risk, but also when the company went into decline, not only did people lose their jobs but also their option were worthless. (All eggs in a leveraged basket)
Generally like this podcast but, in common with many podcasts I listen to, they do not make any distinction between the separate countries of the UK. I listened to the episode about the housing crisis- repeatedly talked about ' this country' when they mean England. Infuriating!
Great podcast, thanks Steph for asking all the questions we are thinking!
I was greatly relieved that Saclux Comptech Specialst provided me with the support I desperately needed after the terrible experience of losing my money to a deceptive online Bitcoin fraud. Saclux Comptech Specialst They gave me technical support resulting in a large portion of my money being returned directly into my bank account. I would recommend that anyone report your case to sacluxcomptechspecialst (AT) engineer (DOT) com if you want to stand any chance of getting your money recovered.
