Description
If asked to describe the Revolutionary CEO podcast in 3 words, I’d say: unfiltered, refreshing, and addictive. It’s the weekly show where high ticket service providing women with lives outside of business and multiple titles (rich auntie, Mom, wife, girlfriend, CEO, employee, caregiver, travel enthusiast, etc.) come for realistic marketing advice that works for their life.
This podcast focuses on having flexible business and marketing strategies that work no matter how much your capacity or commitment changes. Hosted by the Adaptable Marketing & Content Strategy queen B, Latesha Lynch, who’s known for making the time you spend creating content worth it, and making it easier to get your marketing done everywhere (not just on social media)!
Every episode is designed to improve how you think about marketing, get your marketing done, or show you different ways you can adapt your marketing to fit your life as it is today. Just make sure you have a notebook and a pen handy (or at least have your notes app open on your phone) because each episode is damn near a masterclass on realistic marketing strategies to get you through every seasonal shift in your energy, capacity, and business.

You don’t have a content problem. You don’t have an energy problem. You might not even have a lead problem. What you do have is a back-end problem and no amount of reels, carousels, or late-night launches can fix what a broken system keeps breaking. This episode is your wake-up call to stop hustling harder and start building smarter. In this episode, I’m getting into the part of marketing that doesn’t get nearly enough attention—the behind-the-scenes systems that can quietly block your sales. Because let’s be real: your content is solid, your offer is chef’s kiss., but if your backend isn’t built to support your growth? You’ll keep grinding with minimal return. In this bonus episode from my Instagram live, I discuss the importance of being open to switching marketing platforms, with a particular focus on Substack as an emerging platform for business owners. I shared insights on why business owners shouldn't fear starting over on new platforms and explained why Substack could be a game-changing opportunity for serious content creators and businesses.Key Points:• Don't fear starting over on new platforms - most modern platforms are search-based and don't require a large following• Marketing platforms should align with your energy and communication style for better consistency• Substack offers multiple content formats (blog, podcast, video, audio) in one platform• Platform ownership and content control are crucial in today's changing social media landscape• Quality of audience and networking opportunities matter more than quantity of followers"Nothing else does that. So it's a no brainer for me... I get my email list. I get free marketing and free visibility. It has SEO. I can host my podcast for free that I've been paying $20 a month into the abyss. Send us a textIn this bonus episode, I pulled a clip from a recent session in Revolutionary Society where I helped one of our members (a relationship coach) navigate a tricky situation. She has a big project coming up that’s taking her out of the country for three weeks, which means her signature offer launch has to be delayed. However, she still needs a cash injection and revenue in the meantime. In this behind-the-scenes episode, you'll hear me walk her through different strategies to maintain marketing and sales momentum even when she can't fully focus on her launch. We discussed how to quickly put position a service package that can lead into her main offer, with the goal of generating revenue and easing some of the launch pressure when she returns. Some key points we covered include:Evaluating whether she could still launch with limited time and energyThe importance of living off momentum and utilizing email sequences, even if email isn’t her strongest sales channelCrafting a mini-offer that’s easier to sell and serves as a stepping stone into her larger programHow to position this offer to make it appealing and seamless for clients to upgrade to the full programBy the end of the episode, we had a clear plan that should not only provide her with the needed cash flow but also set her up for a smoother and more successful launch when she’s back. I hope you find this strategy useful if you’re ever in a similar situation.
