Description

None of us were put on this planet to be a watered down version of ourselves.

In a world where it can seem that people are anti-human and wanting to become cyborg transhumans, this podcast is here to let you know that it's perfectly ok to be a cool, fun-loving, caring and kind HUMAN!

My desire, through the art of storytelling and story listening, is to share a captivating narrative that traverses everything it means to be human. Not just any human…Ridiculously Human!

Chris Williamson, recently posted a video about his health struggles over the last year or so. Weaknesses are a tough thing for any man to admit. I really commend Chris for sharing his health challenges because it gets people talking and thinking about their own health too. I wanted to share my thoughts, on some of the issues discussed, and also why I think taking care of your physical body is the most important thing you can do. As the saying goes, "You can have a million worries, until your health is in jeopardy, and then you only have one worry" You owe it to yourself and others, to be the healthiest you possibly can. Discussion Topics: What you will discover from listening to this Podcast: Mould toxicity Comparing your insides to other people's outsides Epigenetics - the influence of your environment Stress - the body keeps score Simplify your life Importance of sleep Getting out into nature Removing distractions Collectively being more positive How to begin again Social Media Website
Have you found in recent years, you are distancing yourself from friends who have differing political views? Is it causing you angst or separation in your relationships?   I know it's a tremendous challenge, but this is exactly what we MUST NOT BE DOING. We are not meant to be divided along our differing political beliefs. We should rather be united on values and morals.   In this week's Podcast, I discuss the above challenge, together with also providing commentary on a recent video by Andrew Tate, about digital enslavement.   Have you ever considered the prison technology has created? How every single one of us is trapped in some way?   And collectively, how it's affecting us all negatively? It's also distracting us from other important and valuable things we should be doing with our lives.   SHOW NOTES Background, Context & Reference   Social Media Website   Discussion Links Andrew Tate Video   People Mentioned Justin Welsh Andrew Tate
If you've listened to the Podcast, you've heard me banging on about communication and why it's the most important thing we need to get right in the world. I think that most issues stem from bad communication. I think that most issues can be resolved with good communication. The problem being, that the large majority of people don't know how to communicate well. You don't have to go far to even test this hypothesis of mine. Think of the relationships in your own life, parents, partners, friends, kids - there is somebody that you always moan about because of the way they communicate, or perhaps their lack of communication. Watch conversational news programs and you have guests talking over each other. Listen to politicians speak and they never answer a question directly. What I admired about Charlie Kirk, was his willingness to debate, to be verbally attacked, to speak to dissenting voices, to reach across the aisle and political spectrum to better understand each other. He also had an air of confidence about him because he knew what values and morals he stood for. This week's monologue Podcast will be a regular fortnightly occurrence going forward. Tax is one of those subjects that still holds a bit of taboo when it comes to discussions with your buddies. We all know we are getting ripped, we just don't want to admit it out loud, and so we just tolerate what these days seems like 'daylight robbery.' He is an expert in achieving sovereignty and helping people maximise their lifestyles with more money in their back pocket.   Jeremy's expertise of services, include creating legal tax structures for tax optimisation, or in some scenarios paying zero tax on your earnings. Liz McConaghy, is a special lady that has lived a unique life very unfamiliar to most. She joined the Royal Air Force on her 19th birthday and ended up as the longest serving female crewman on the RAF Chinook Fleet.  At 21, she was the youngest aircrew to deploy to Iraq and was the only female crewman on the Chinook wing for 4 years. The toll of 2 deployments to Iraq and 10 deployments to Afghanistan, a messy divorce, and the isolation of Covid, came to a head in 2020 with Liz attempting to end her life. She is a homeschooling mother and an English teacher who has taught students from preschool to university.  She says that parents who read, should teach kids phonics and read out aloud together. Growing up in Zimbabwe, Laurence Blair's family faced numerous challenges, leading them to have no choice but flee.  He married his wife, an American, whom he met in Kenya. They tragically lost their first child at 34 weeks pregnant due to his wife's sudden liver rupture. Nearly losing his wife too. Justin Breen is a Life Path 11 when it comes to Numerology. Those with a Life Path 11 can become incredibly spiritual. In order to fulfil their Master Number potential, they must not turn their backs on their special abilities or they will face inner turmoil. Why do I mention this? Before I started recording this Podcast I was expecting to have a conversation about high performing entrepreneurs and tapping into how they operate. Most interviews Justin has done before he spoke about his entrepreneurial success and how he works with and helps the top 1%. Although, there was an outlier conversation he had in December 2024 where I noticed a shift in him… The journey of a Life Path 11, is basically a life of two halves. Almost, two different people. The changes they experience are often a battle for them to cope with. Now you might be thinking, "Gareth, this is a little esoteric and airy fairy!" and to be honest with you….that is a FAIR CALL. However, before this conversation none of this Numerology theory/understanding was something I had heard of. But, Justin is living proof of it being quite accurate. Needless to say, this chat went on a path I did not expect, and I am SO GLAD it did! Very interesting conversation which might help you better understand yourself! Shaun Fuchs is far from a small thinker. Which is why he has taken on the mammoth task of disrupting the education industry. In 2021, he recognised the time was ripe for our children to break away from the norms of the current education system. It wasn't just an off-the-cuff decision, it's something he has been manifesting since he became a sports and history teacher (all those years ago) Shaun is someone I admire because he has always challenged the status quo, as well as pushed the boundaries in everything he's done.  This Podcast is special because it's me exploring a new style of Podcast, in-person and walking around exploring Shaun's own school, Centennial Schools, in Johannesburg.  As a mentor of mine and best friend, it felt like the perfect opportunity to venture into something new. This new style is best watched on YouTube (please do subscribe if you haven't already) and I have more of these Podcast formats coming in the future. Christmas Eve 2024, we were dining in a cosy Italian Restaurant, in Hoi An, Vietnam. It felt like we were in some little nook of Manhattan. We got speaking to the owner, Tu Nguyen, to find out more about her business and how she learned to make delicious authentic Italian Food, like an Italian Grandmother would make. She is a trained Barista, who taught herself how to make Greek and Vegan Yogurt to sell online and survive financially during Covid.  She then learned how to cook rather exceptional Italian cuisine from YouTube videos, cooking shows and recipe books.  She now owns The Lions Room, Italian Restaurant and The Piatti Cafe, in Hoi An, Vietnam. My Pod this week is with Vicky… Vicky is actually an AI Avatar created through HeyGen Labs As it's nearly the end of the year, I wanted to have a little fun and also test how good these AI Avatars really are. There were some glitches in the matrix when it came to her voice screeching a few times. However, for a product in its infancy, it is incredible what they have created. Well, it's half incredible and half as scary as hell! She is specifically trained to help with tough conversations, so I put her through the ringer and was pleasantly surprised. AI is taking us by storm, so best we all start getting familiar with it.
