Having started out in window cleaning, Sam, quite by chance, took a job at his local hair salon and that was it - hairdressing became his unexpected calling. Later, moving to London, he set about making a name for himself. Shooting his first British Vogue cover at just 22 years old, Sam has since gone on to have a hugely successful career spanning more than four decades. He has worked all over the world with supermodels, major fashion houses and style icons such as Diana, Princess of Wales. This man is, quite literally, a living legend.
